Oppai no Ouja 48 English Translation patch

English patch for OLE-M's visual novel Oppai no Ouja 48.

To install the patch: - Copy the archive contents to the installation folder of the game, overwriting all files for which you get prompted.

Notes: - Running the game with the patch requires Japanese locale. - Game might crash if there were any save files made during a scene prior to applying the patch.
